Pet policy:
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable fee per pet. If you have up to 2 pets pay $400
non-refundable pet fee. We do NOT charge pet rent. There is a weight limit of 40 pounds (at maturity) per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. We require a photograph of each pet as well as records of up-to-date rabies shots prior to approval.
